There are moments we feel as if the church doesn’t matter, a relic of the past in the ruins of history, our senses dull, our emotions worn, we are told that we are out of touch and in declined, irrelevant and dying.

As America stands in turmoil with racial tensions, lawlessness, and hatred a call for a spiritual Outcry has been declared by a variety of Contemporary Worship artists such as Kari Jobe, Hillsong, Rend Collective, Elevation Worship, Housefires, Urban Rescue, and Chad Veach. The cry is for the nations, the body of Christ, local church and a generation passionate about the Gospel of Jesus Christ, who will not be shaken in the midst of a dry land. The artist are set to be apart of the Outcry 2016 tour, which is to make stops to 15 various cities. According to the Ourcrytour.com, “Outcry is the lights and sounds of a movement in progress. We believe that the “next big thing” is here. The local church. For years, the OUTCRY team has been praying and dreaming about doing something to encourage the local church. After meeting with pastors and worship artists all over the country, one thing emerged: the tired and discouraged state of the local church.
